Customised production
Easy-access transformer substations are a speciality of GRÄPER. The concrete substations can be constructed up to a size of 5 m x 15 m with a monolithically prefabricated oil and water resistant trough without being constrained to a specific module size. It is also possible to combine multiple stations.A concrete top or an elevated flooring system is available as an intermediate floor. Transformer beams are included in the transformer area. Doors and grates produced by GRÄPER are available in both galvanised steel and aluminium. If desired, special doors from other manufacturers can also be fitted.

- Cladding with clinker bricks and facing strips
There are also alternative forms of roofing:
- Flat roof (standard)
- Saddle roof
- Hipped roof
- Single pitch roof
Most of GRÄPER’s concrete substations include built-in switchgear and transformers and are delivered ready for use.
